Every turn is another mistake.
Every step is a falter.
I grab your hand,
and you fall with me.
Now I bear this burden.
Push forward to the top.

Always pressing forth.
Always pursuing a greater height.
I won't look back,
Until I've taken you to a better place.
We’ll reach the top,
And look at how far we've gone.
Now, you’ll follow us.
Until I falter.

Everyone falls.
Must I bear this burden as well?
Must this sin fall upon my shoulders?
Even with this weight.
Even when I have been cast aside.
I will carry on.

I've messed up a lot in my life, and when I rely on others, I end up dragging them down with me, or get left behind. I've learned though experience that I cannot be held down by failure, only push myself further.
