A man distraught
Forgets his pants
A man distraught
Ignores his aunts
A man distraught
Leaves on a stove
A man distraught
Drops a lighted clove
A man distraught
Catches the house aflame
A man distraught
Falls through a window pane
A man distraught
Texts and drives
A man distraught
Runs over a child or five
A man distraught
Has ruined his life
And for all that... I still wonder why he was distraught

To show the reader that a single distraction can end a life a ruin yours, don't be like the man distraught.

For those wondering what a clove is, it's a kind of cigarette, hence the dropping of a lighted clove and catching the house on fire part
