Santa's Gift
When I close my eyes all I see is you
When I open the you start to fade away
I need to see you again
I close my eyes but you fade even faster
I asked god to give you back
But he just laughed
That made me sad
I asked the tooth fairy and she the same
That made me sadder
I asked the Easter bunny but he just hoped away
That made me even sadder
I asked the ghost of Halloween and he just floated away
That made me the sadder than ever
I finally put you of my Christmas list and Santa said I’ll try
That made me happier than ever
I wake up early and open my biggest gift
There you were looking up at me we your big green eyes
Now I just want to spend the rest if my life
With your arms wrapped around me
