Encased by Nature
I lay against the silky, green grass,
Looking up at the timeless, sunny sky.
A cloud passes by,
Zooming by its brothers and sister,
As if in a race that will never end.
A smile makes its way on my face.
A chilly breeze pulses through the air,
Leaves whistle in protest,
And one particular branch,
Snips and falls on the darkened nature.
The moon whisks its way on the starry sky,
And stays there for hours on end,
Until I leave when the sunrise pops up,
And the moon starts to fall.
