You're not your age, your weight,
Your height, nor you name.
You are not defined by your past.
Rather, you are the books you read,
The quotes you love,
And the days you can't keep it all together.
You're not that pimple on your nose,
The slight pudge on your stomach,
Your thighs, nor your teeth.
You're the songs on repeat,
The thoughts you can't hide from,
And your favourite Sunday breakfast.
You're not where you come from,
But you are where you're going.
