Smoke fills up my lungs
So I wait for few seconds, my throat burning
Exhaling slowly towards the sky
Eagerly to watch the smoke rise
It lifts up I the air, vanishing somewhere
It floats away, don't know where it went
Yes, I’m about this life
You don't like it? It doesn't phase me
Nowadays, I do what I want
Not exactly how the world works, but oh well
The nicotine rush gives me goosebumps
The world sways a bit
Maybe that's not normal
Maybe this wouldn’t have happened if I was smarter about my choices
Addiction, hard to walk away from
Anticipation, when is this this going to end?
Let go of everything and you fall
Look what you've done!
Doesn't matter right now
Doesn't change a thing
Light up that cigarette
Let the smoke curl up your tongue and down your esophagus
Relax, it'll all be okay
Really, I have faith in myself
