Dead Truth
It sinks in.
Like a rock hitting the surface of the water;
rippling.
It takes a moment,
for it to hit,
for it to be processed, in my mind.
But once it does,
it is the mushroom cloud.
The great, grey, giant.
Monstrous in the sky.
Destroying anything in its radius.
The heavy,
destructive,
horrible,
terrible,
dead truth.
