Shirley Temple’s bright eyes,
Her ability to lift spirits,
Her narrow shoulders and
56 corkscrew curls.
I fell in love with a girl,
My crush, Ms. Temple
My role models,
Rebecca and Heidi.
At 85 they died.
Where are they now?
The women who could cheer up audiences.
