I Have a Dream
I have a dream.
A dream many have had before and now as well.
I have a dream:
I dream of a day where peace befall the Earth.
No war or disaster leave children parentless.
No weapon take the life of mankind.
No breeding of hatred overtake anyone’s mind.
I have a dream:
I dream of freedom own by all instead of only few.
No slave owners beating their slaves for the littlest fault.
No shame of scars being covered to hide who we are.
No blood loss for meaningless desire.
I have a dream!
The simplest four words holds much bigger meaning.
From children to adults,
From the young to the old,
From the Great Wall to the Stonehenge,
From the pyramids to the Church of Jerusalem,
No matter our skin colors,
No matter where we from,
I have a dream!
I have a dream!
As impossible as it may seem,
I still have a dream!
Even if I’m told it’s impossible,
Even if I’m told it’s hard,
I will still hold on to this one dream!
O the world, listen, and listen well!
I have a dream!
