Five Shades of Myself

One:
free, whimsical, scampering over thorny bushes but never spilling a drop of blood.
Two:
silent, tearing up sheets of newspaper
Three:
basking in the horrid sunlight, washing in waves of venom
Four:
screaming, flinching, gasping at the slightest ghost around the corner
Five:
wheeling away from the bedsheets
