Here I am,
There you are.
Only a few feet away,
But it seems like miles.
Once, we were so close,
It was like we were the same person,
In different bodies.
We walked the same, we thought the same.
But that was before you met
Jane.
Jane, who in your eyes,
Is perfect.
Perfect hair,
Perfect eyes,
Perfect voice,
Perfect way of walking.
When you met Jane, I lost more
Than my chance with you,
I lost my best friend.
