Inside the Broken Glass
The mirror stares me down
Inside the broken glass
A million faces look at me
Wondering why
Wondering why they cease to exist
Except in the minds of the mourning
Inside the broken glass
Scenes whisper to my face
Beckoning me to remember
The eyeless ghosts stare at me
With a concerned look
But they are the ones who should be concerned
About their life
Inside the broken glass
I see yesterday
I see the backyard that hides the bodies
The people I turned into victims
The places I turned into crime scenes
And I see all the people who ever asked
How do you go home and look at yourself
Inside the broken glass
