Miss Invisible
Take a look at Miss Invisible
Hiding under the bleachers
Ducking under globs of gum and moving away from that sticky stuff on the ground
Hair done up, glasses foggy
Wet with tears, cheeks blushing red
Take a look at Miss Invisible
As she trips down the stairs
Over someone's foot
And everyone laughs
And she holds in her sobs
As she blushes and runs past to her next class and cries
Take a look at Miss Invisible
And maybe see her
And say "Hi, what's your name?"
Take a look at her, and remember she's there
