"I think hell is something you carry around with you. Not somewhere you go."-Neil Gaiman

In geography they’ve told us
that the deepest point on Earth
Was Marianna's Trench

When I think of this,I am sure
that whoever wrote our books
had never seen your eyes
and had never felt my love for you

It’s such a blessing and a curse
to feel everything so deeply.

It’s kind of funny how some people think we should date:
The guy from the diner we go to. The lady from the papercraft store. Your best friend.

The guy from the diner was funny
Do you remeber it?
You had forgotten your money
And I handed you a one dollar bill
“She’s a keeper,you know?”
I wish you felt the same

The papercraft lady was quiet
Have you even heard?
You were choosing an eraser
She pulled me over and whispered
“Don't let him go,ever.”
I wish I could make you stay.

Your best friend was obvious
You were picking on me
And I kissed your cheek so you would stop
“You guys should date”
I really think we should

I know you like math and physics
And while you may be too busy trying to figure out
How to unfold the fabric of the universe
Or explaining me how 1+1 is not always two
But I just want you to know
That if that one is me and the other one is you
I hope it ends up in us.
