The Cuts
The cuts' scars
Like minature mountain ranges
Rising and falling
Jagged and curvy
Smooth and straight
As the pain returns, the blade rises and falls
Slicing through the soft skin
Effortless and quick
Crimson liquid seeps and flows, from the fresh wound
As it drips and cascades to the ground below
The pain slowly fades away
White presses and wraps around the wound
Taken off once the wound has closed
Another scar
To show your pain and suffering
