And Here I Thought I Was the Fairest
Welcome to my lair
where my mirror hangs
on the frigid, stone wall.
I only want what is best for me
I mean, my daughter.
Stepdaughter.
Mirror, Mirror on the wall,
I’m the apple of your eye, right?
When running a kingdom,
It’s too easy to lose yourself
in the lives of others.
I put my trust in a plane of glass.
One that has always told me
exactly what I want to hear.
Mirror, Mirror on the wall,
You wouldn't lie to me, right?
My reflection told me
that she took my place.
Sweet and kindhearted.
Look at her by the
wishing well, waiting
for her prince to come.
Mirror, Mirror on the wall,
Where can I find an apple?
