The Sunrise
December 5, 2014
A mist of water rising from the river;
A puddle of water undisturbed yet;
A breeze blows though for a second only.
A horse, then two, then three, and more
are the only things moving in the pre-dawn light.
The mountain tops are lit up first;
A bright orange preview of the light to come.
A perfect bright sphere of the world’s source of life finally lights up our mountain hills.
