"Nothing is impossible. The word itself says 'I'm Possible'"

I think of a friendship that might be,
if you’d just turn and talk to me.
I would have been your loyal friend,
loyal ‘til the very end.
but now you’ve gone without a trace,
all that’s left is my own face.
Now I’m lonely, on my own.
And I’m left to pick the bone
of a friendship we might have had.
I don’t blame you, I’m not mad.
I wish that you could see, it’s true,
what kind of friend I could’ve been to you.
Instead, you choose to walk away
And here I am, I’m here to stay.

I was thinking about how many people you see every day that you never talk to. Maybe one of them could have been your best friend if you had just said hello. That's why I wrote this.
