Wish to be forgotten.
He lays in bed,
he knows she's gone.
"Be careful," he said.
She responded, "I'll be back by dawn."
He kissed her goodbye,
not knowing what she had in store.
He didn't know that she would die,
If he did, he wouldn't have fought with her the night before.
Now she's dead,
along with his heart.
He lowered his head,
backflashing to the night everything crumbled apart.
Now he tries to forget she was ever here;
he wanted to continue his life,
without remembering he gave her the beer,
and knowing he had a wife...

I find death to be a fascinating subject, although morbid, it can happen at any time, any where, and in any way.
