you're no good

you hear the voices tell you.

you're to fat 

they whisper in your ear.

you'll never be good enough

they say louder to you.

you're just pathetic

the voices scream to you.

and you know its true.

everything they say

its all true.

and you listen to the voices 

and you understand them.

you believe them 

and you trust them.

because all those voices 

are you.
