I Hate
I hate that I'm put down
for everything I do.
I hate that I can be myself
with everyone but you.
I hate that I feel small inside
every time you're near.
I hate that even when I'm home,
I live in constant fear.
I hate you judging what I eat,
and even what I weigh.
I hate you ruin all the games,
the ones I love to play.
I hate that there isn't proof
of anything you do.
I hate that I endure abuse,
and no one knows it's you.
I hate it when you threaten me,
hate that you raise your hand.
I hate almost all you do,
but there's one thing I can't stand.
The way that you look through me,
like I'm not even there.
That one's worst of all
because you don't even care.
