Beady eyes,
Searching,
For it’s prey.

“Target Locked”,
The monotone voice repeated,
The gears start to turn,
The game has begun.

All heads turn,
Focusing on the one in the hallway,
Examining her,
Pinpointing all her flaws.

She looks up,
Fear is apparent in the window,
To her soul.

Their laughter ring’s
Through out the room,
As she hides herself,
Behind a curtain of insecurity.

She screams,
The comments,
The smirks,
Cease to exist.

“Target is disabled”.
“Mission accomplished”’
The monotone voice repeats.

The game commences once again,
The beady eyes,
Look for their next prey.
