The adversarial anthem can not be escaped.

Like an oath to keep with a final breath.

I have little energy left to scrounge for Candor,

only a rotund apple wasting in my pocket.

Nothing left to do but fumble in the darkness.

It's dark and tepid here, in this mystifying void of lonelyness and forgotten promises.

As time goes by, i scratch a loose pipe,

Counting how long I think I've been down here.

But there is no point, because you can't tell time anyway in this dark pit of lonely and lost souls.

But I do anyway. in hope of returning to the world above.

It's like the anthem of fallen angels.....

I was told to write poetry in my english class and came up with this.
