Teenagers Hear Blah Blah Blah
Politics,
Cat licks.
Go to school,
come back lit.
Fires blazing in our hearts.
Teenagers made up of come backs, snap backs, take backs and guts.
Open up the dictionary,
you won't see the words used on the daily.
Because we are constantly simplifying the wrong things.
Simplifying words instead of lives.
Go back to the old times.
Mow your lawn,
learn responsibilities.
Get spanked and don't blame the parent.
Gossip spreads like wild fire,
reputations on the line.
Simplify our lives,
get priorities straight,
and teenagers hear "Blah blah blah."
Work hard,
live on,
values we need to take a grasp of.
