Snow Days

We are all wishing for snow.
we look for to a sudden flake,
the snow starts to fall
then suddenly we get a call,
It says that school is closed,
for a while.
I remember when I was young,
going outside and play was a lot of fun.
sledding down the big hill and jumping the ramp,
or building a snowman
I wait to see the kids
going out to play,
but instead they are inside, playing
video games
