Wrath

Crackling, reaching, webbed fingers

Racing upwards through stormy seas

Come and gone in the blink of an eye

Jewel-like strands

Of flint and steel

Set to the flame

Curtained by a sparking rain

Glinting power

Suddenly unleashed

Striking faster than a serpent's revenge

Stabbing forks of flickering fire

Accompanied by roaring sound

Hissing down to sear and rend

The moon disapeared

Cloaked by clouds

And rage pours from the heavens

It is beautiful in its anger

Deadly in its beauty
