Alone
She is alone
though surrounded by friends
She is alone
in a world full of others
She is alone
though laughing along
She is alone
inside her mind
She is alone
with her thoughts
She plays a part in a movie
and though nobody is aware
The government is the director
throwing instructions and rules
and she is fussy and rude
refusing to obey obstacles thrown by masked faces
She is different
with hatred for normalcy and popularity
She is herself
alone in her room
She is hated
though secretly through smiles and bright eyes
She is alone
born alone, to live alone, to die alone.
