The Truth of Love
I love you
I like the way you are
I hope you love me back
I accept you don't
I tolerate this feeling in my heart
I hate that I need you to be happy
In some ways I loathe you
I hate the way you are
I tolerate my feelings for you
I accept they aren't returned
I hope one day I'll get over you
I like the prospect of that idea
But for now, I still love you
