The road
Road
endless and vast
miles and miles have past
coal
transported in streams
Thoughts of limits are never there
or so it seems
driving
direction is meaningless
forever going forward
never back
headlights cutting through the black
pain like letters at home stacks
we're running from something
though we claim that it's nothing
we wonder lost
tired depressed
from all the memories repressed
we wonder the roads
endless and vast
miles and miles we hope have passed
