Sun
rises.
The farmer analyzes
his field as it is touched by the sun.
River
flows.
Like ancient tempos
as the noodle dances past the Yangtze.
Volcano
explodes.
Ashes cover roads,
as the noodle greets the fire.
Blade
sharpens.
Forged steel hardens
as the Samurai cuts this noodle of rice and water.
Sailor
navigates.
As the noodle intoxicates
stomachs across the seven seas.
