How I wish I could go back,
To the days that were so free.
For the time we could not track,
The perfect views we could see.
How I wish I could go back,
To the lake house days.
For the memories did not lack,
Laying under the sun's rays.
How I wish I could go back,
Friends just wanting to lounge
Alongside all of the jokes we would crack,
Getting all the fun we could scrounge.
