Say you're okay.
Don’t break. Not again.
Don’t give yourself a timeline. Remember what happened the last time you did.
Be strong. Stay strong.
Focus on what’s important. Stay focus.
You know how hard it is to climb back up from that hole you dug. Don’t start digging again.
Don’t do it.
I know pain doesn’t matter to you but it matters to the people who surrounds you.
Do not be that kind of selfish again. It is not worth it.
You can cry, punch walls, and kick doors. Just don’t bleed, never bleed again.
Keep moving. Walk, run, or crawl, just don’t stop moving forward.
I know it’s hard. I know it’s still hard.
Maybe that will never change. It will never be easy.
But you’re doing it. You are managing.
So hard is not an issue. Hard is not a reason to give up, break, and be stuck in a place that you’ve fought so hard to erase.
Tell me you’ll be okay. Even though I already know you will be.
You need to hear yourself say it. Believe it.
