Moving
Am I ready?
The oversized trucks slowly roll up again.
My parents paid for our house to be robbed.
Stealing all my toys, furniture, and memories.
They follow us closely.
Am I ready?
Our two-door car followed by the oversized trucks slowly roll up.
A new town, new school, new house, same family.
Replacing my toys and furniture, they kept my memories,
I glance out my new window. Kids my age, waiting eagerly.
Am I ready?
