Dear Player
You know I love you
Thing is you don’t love me
You act like you do
But you really don’t
You throw that word around too often
For me to believe you.
So I became like you
A bit heartless
Or at least I tried
But I realize a difference between me and you
You write love down to being a game
I once wrote love down to being a beautiful thing
You want everyone’s attention
I would love to stay in the shadows
We are different.
And we can’t work out together
And that breaks my heart
But give me enough time
And I’ll be heartless like you
