Sin Discipling
We grew through prophets and laws,
Sat through hymns and altar calls.
Equipped for spiritual battles and wars,
Instead we play as spiritual wh****s.
Acceptance and love is all we preach
While brimstone and wrath is nigh in reach.
Billions of souls have since been slain
Since we first explained our just disdain.
And yet the world has lost its hope
In the love of prophets, laws, or pope.
Waist up, the disciple is a saint.
But deep inside he's a sinner in shiny paint.
Sin discipling is now old news,
While we do nothing in our comfy pews.

This was written out of frustration of the hypocracy of the church. We need to do better.
