For All the Unheard Girls
The silent screams from the girls are ignored.
To quell their boredom, with Mother they are chored.
They watch with sweet sorrow as their brothers go to school.
Girls clearly confused why they can’t use their brains as a tool.
An open secret, the men think the female is a fool.
The pretty ugly treatment is simply not cool.
The girls despairingly stay home with Mother, their only choice.
The girls are yearning for someone to silently speak up with their voice.
