In the beginning
When the sky was black coffee
God poured in some cream

The author's comments:
When a person pours cream into a cup of dark coffee, there is a wonderful moment of diffusion where billowing clouds consume the murk. When I look up at the sky and see clouds, this is what I am reminded of. This comparison inspired an adaptation of the Christian creation story.

This is a very clever piece. I like how you compared the clouds in the sky to God's cream. Very cool, and great job!
