The sun went down on
the river where my grandpa
had a dock resting.
sitting on the porch,
he turned to say that these are
the moments he loves.
how i wish we were
there watching the sunset and
him happy, healthy.

My grandpa was diagnosed with cancer and I put in a poem my favorite memory of him and I together.
