Jesus Will You Please Fix My Heart?
Verse 1:
Lookin back on another mistake
Missin' family bonds I wish I'd made
I realize that I'm running out of time
Watchin' my life as it runs away from me
Driving a wall amidst me and my family
I need to break past this line
Bridge:
Help me burn down my walls
And catch my tears as they fall
Help me overcome the way I live
And help me to truly forgive
Chorus:
I've been torn apart and broken
Unheard alone and outspoken
I've been lost and been shattered
Lost track of what really mattered
And I could choose to let it fall apart
But instead,
I beg,
Jesus will you please fix my heart?
Verse 2:
I'm lost again gotten way off track
Good Shephard I need you to bring me back
God I just want to be yours
I get overwhelmed with anxiety
Thoughts and emotions run away with me
Lord please help my trust in you soar
Bridge:
Help me face trials and fear
Always remembering that you're near
Help me to love and serve and be
The servant that you want of me
Oh
Chorus:
I've been torn apart and broken
Unheard alone and outspoken
I've been lost and been shattered
Lost track of what really mattered
And I could choose to let it fall apart
But instead,
I beg,
Jesus will you please fix my heart?
Oh,
Jesus will you please fix my heart?
Oh-woah-oh
Verse 3:
Your will, alone
Never, my own
I want to follow what you've shown
I come broken, bleeding,
Asking, for your healing, oh-oh
Heavenly, Father
Can I be, your daughter?
God, all I want to be,
Is everything you want of me
Oh,
Chorus Final:
Yeah, I've been torn apart and broken
Unheard, outspoken
May have been shattered
Lost track of what mattered
But I don't want to fall apart
So Jesus will you please fix my heart?
I need you to fix my heart
Will you make me new,
God all I want is you
Ooh,
Jesus will you please fix my heart?
You're the only one who can fix a heart,
So Jesus will you please fix my heart?

I am not proud of who I was as a child. I wandered, and was always focused on what I wanted. I was selfish, and didn't consider others. I was my worst enemy, until I was saved by grace. By Jesus. I was a completely different person before I became a Christian. Jesus saved my life in more ways than I can say. He fixed my heart. He's the only one who can fix a heart. You can lean on him. I pray that for you.
