My boyfriend is always trying to convince me to get to class on time. He will never win, but I did write this song about it, so that has to count for something.

I would be late anyway, but I enjoyed having the boyfriend excuse. It seems better than saying "I just didn't feel like being on time".

I hope I get a 1st period teacher who doesn't mind me being late, or I'm screwed.
