Caught in between these pages,
tripping over words like cracks in sidewalk,
you won't realize that the end was coming so soon,
you won't realize as you're dreaming in your room.
Facts and figures begin to lose their taste,
missing their meanings from the constant waste,
in the silence you tread so carefully,
on the sidewalk, just steps from being free.
Caught in the sidewalked silence.
You breathe in the sidewalked silence.
You dream in the sidewalked silence.
