Reason to live
Broken glass upon her window
just wish baby I didn’t know
 the street got silent
 the crash was violent
I was there holding your rose

 Sirens screaming
 I don’t get meaning
 holding on tight
are you sure that this was right
 what was the meaning

When you said I was your reason to live
why was it your life that you had to give
 holding onto the window pane
closed your eyes, and felt no shame
 why did you let go

 Your father hates me
at your funeral, kill me slowly
close the coffin ‘or your face
why did you make us meet your fate
 why did you forget me

 Walk away, nothing to say
walk away, why did it end this way
I held your hand, you held mine
looked in your eye’s, they looked devine
 what could I say

When you said I was your reason to live
why was it your life that you had to give
 holding onto the window pane
closed your eyes, and felt no shame
 why did you let go

 You are why I’m here
you are why I didn’t fear
 now your hollow eyes cant
 see a single tear
