One Day Soon
Silence can be so loud sometimes
Like knives piercing through these ears of mine
But when you speak, your words have no sound
I can't see you when you are in front of me, but I feel your touch when you're not around
Is it you or is it me? Could it be I'm not really here?
Am I imagining this or is this how it is my dear?
Why can't I hear you? Why can't I see you- in real life not only in my dreams
I'm tired of living in a world where nothing is as it seems.
A memory that can so easily be blown away in one of Spring's noonday breezes
Trying so hard to hold on to it is not that easy
The mole digs a hole in a ground where he later buries his self to hide from harm
But to me, for me, the safest place is in your arms
Kissing the sun goodbye-saying hello to the new full moon
Be back with you in and happy
Is a place I want to be one day soon
