Never stop dreaming, because in dreaming, we never stop living. ~ Kellan Lutz

God doesn't make a "no-good" anything. ~ from the movie Forever Strong

You should get a Grammy
For all of your acting
Put you on the big screen
The all of them see

You tried to bring me down
But I stood strong
You didn't see this coming
You thought I was the same

Now you can stay
And finally show yourself
Or you can go
And give your worst to someone else

You should get a Grammy
For all of your acting
Put you on the big screen
Let all of them see

You know it really is a shame
You let it go to waste
You'll always be someone else
Hidden behind the masks

You watch as the sun fades
Tell me that you love me
I must be dreaming
Pinch myself awake

It wasn't a dream
It was just an act
It was all a lie
I think you enjoy my pain

You should get a Grammy
For all of your acting
Put you on the big screen
Let all of them see

You know it really is a shame
You let it go to waste
You'll always be someone else
At the snap of your fingers

Do you remember the days
We stayed up till midnight
Talking over the phone
Whispered conversations; all ours alone

This is such a terrible mess
I'm finding you out
We're all part of the same
Sick little screen plays

You should get a Grammy
For all of your acting
Put you on the big screen
Let all of them see

I'm having my doubts
Dressed up as yourself
But hiding in yourself
So contradictory

So here's your award
How do you feel now
You've won the war
You've lost your chance

It's all on the big screen

Ever felt like someone was just playing a part? Acting like they thought they should be acting but actually mean and feel something else? That's what this song is about. The other person hiding their true feelings and acting for so long that they finally lose the only one who was really always there.
