"When you're young, you can fly, but we trip on clouds 'cause we get too high" -The Band Perry (Song: Don't Let Me Be Lonely)
"Cause no matter what, you'll never be alone" -Lady Antebellum (Song: Compass)

(Verse One)
Driving down the highway
In your old, beat-up Ford
Your not sure where your going
You just know you need to escape this world
Your tired of dealing
With all the drama people have to offer
They don’t allow you to control your life
And instead they make themselves the author

(Chorus)
Stop trying to be unnoticeable
And not believing in who you are
You need to face your problems
And not try to fight them from afar
Take off all your make-up
And stop wearing clothes that don’t say “I’m me”
Embrace your flaws and differences
And stop being a Mrs. Nobody

(Verse Two)
You walk by your bedroom mirror
And see your own reflection
You don’t recognize the person one bit
So you keep walking in the other direction
It hasn’t occurred to you yet
That you are changing into someone new
Your doing it to satisfy everyone else
When really you should be thinking about you

(Chorus)
Stop trying to be unnoticeable
And not believing in who you are
You need to face your problems
And not try to fight them from afar
Take off all your make-up
And stop wearing clothes that don’t say “I’m me”
Embrace your flaws and differences
And stop being a Mrs. Nobody

(Bridge)
You need to learn to accept yourself
And stop hiding backstage
Let the world see the real you
And not just someone who constantly changes
You only do it to fit in
Well stop because didn’t you hear?
Uniqueness is the newest style
So go back to being yourself and don’t have any fear

(Chorus)
Stop trying to be unnoticeable
And not believing in who you are
You need to face your problems
And not try to fight them from afar
Take off all your make-up
And stop wearing clothes that don’t say “I’m me”
Embrace your flaws and differences
And stop being a Mrs. Nobody

The author's comments:
This song is about a girl who changes to satisfy other people and tries to hide from all her problems when really, she should just be herself and fiercely face life's challenges. Hopefully you like it and you'll find it inspiring(:

I really really liked this! You have a gift for songwriting! The whole thing has a nice structure to it. The last line is just perfect; it ties everything together so well. :)
