Prevail.
Let us live by the ocean,
Where the nights we shared.
Let us share the stars,
and hope that it will bring us repairs.
Let us dine on our innermost truths and hurts,
things that we'll wish to forget at first,
Let me take you by hand and show you the world.
And I have known so many times,
that the things we hide,
are broken till they shine.
They are only a dark mark on a canvas,
of us finding our way to shore.
And let me share with you,
all the pain and memories of my days.
From childhoods of blood,
To teenage years filled with words of pain.
Only I can see these things for what they are.
And I am not strong enough now.
And I have known so many times,
That you are broken till you shine.
And it's so hard to find the truths in our faults,
and see the faults in our stars,
from the ladder we fell, or from where we crawled,
I can't bear them all.
And only you can find the honesty in the all of the lies,
All the happiness you can find.
So find it.
