Just Friends
The way he moves
The color of hair
His leather boots
The clothes he wears
When he looks at me through those brown eyes...
Those brown eyes
Chorus-
He gets me every time
Every time he looks my way
I do my best to smile
And pretend that it's okay
We're nothing more than friends
Just friends
The way he smiles
That glint in his eyes
The faces that he makes just to get me to smile
He tries his best to make me laugh
He's the best you woud ever find...
Chorus-
He gets me every time
Every time he looks at me
I do my best to smile
And pretned that it's okay
We are just friends
Just friends
The way he laughs
His bright cheerful eyes
His bright white smile and big ol' grin
It sets my heart beating wild
Just to know I made him smile
I made his day
I made him happy...
Chorus-
He gets me every time
Every time he sees me there
I do my best smile
Wipe those tears away
And pretend everything's okay
And you know some times it hurts
It breaks my heart
But we are just friends
Best friends
Just friends

Almost everyone has at one point or another fallen for their best friend. Even though you want them to be happy, life a full and successful life, it still hurts to see them happy with some other boy or girl. Some times we're too afraid of ruining our friendship with that person to take the chance and tell them our feelings, while others have and have been rejected. Don't let your feelings go unheard, and that be one of the biggest regrets in your life. Even if it doesn't last, at least you tried.
