"We have it in our power to begin the world over again." -Thomas Paine

Cast into the cold dark night
Starlight sheds away
In creeking wood have hardihood
Far the north a shelter's warmth
A fire in the night to stay until the dawn
The break of day
The golden light of life
A travesty our majesty
Comes riding in so faintly slowly
Piercing winds unholy
But fleeting is the warmth in light
It fades into a memory
It fades into it distantly

Sonorous breathless breeze
Prosperous at ease
A miserly entirety
Admonishing astonishing
the fleets it blows off course to storms
Lonely forlorn
In nautical skin what methodical sin
Conspiring and admiring
the Sun's complexion dear affection
All directions beams stream
So unconditional it seems
The north wind sees what darkness sees
The north wind sees obscurity

Blaring his soliloquy
When will the end be?
Light or not despite the lot
I come to you will you break through
These expectations
Precious things
Like winters to springs
Only last so long
And then they're gone it seems so wrong
Kindness dominates misfortunes
But kindness comes on blue moons
And in this sea of apathy
Darkness makes the light shine bright
Though I beg you for just one good night
