Seeing Clearly

I got my eyes checked
apparently they were quite a wreck.
I looked outside
on my ride.
Everything looked so clear
I formed so many tears.
I didn’t know what I always sought
could come in a box I bought.
The leaves looked so vivid
my natural vision made me livid.
I could finally see
and was content with the way I’d be.
My thoughts seemed now at rest
everything was now at its best.
Everything was now at its best.
