Better Day
Walking down a cold rainy road,
Step by step, I make my way.
Thunder grows louder and lightning explodes.
I wait for the arrival of a better day.
Waves of the ocean,
Trying to knock me down.
I pray with all devotion,
and forget about the drown.
I'm caught in a tornado.
It takes me away from all my dreams.
But wait, I'm going with the wind's flow.
I don't believe what it seems.
Through all that struggle and pain,
The tornado took away the rain.

This poem is for my Mama (my mom's brother). However much of a trouble you might be going through, remember that all things end at some point. Surprisingly, some of the worst situations can actually take you to the destination. Even if it seems to be getting worse, don't feel bad that there's a storm, just enjoy as you dance in the rain. I hope this inspires everyone who's facing any situation to always look for the bright side.
